The Equal Opportunity Office will provide a vehicle for members of the CUA community to raise questions, concerns or complaints relative to equal employment opportunity and affirmative action. The Equal Opportunity Office will investigate and facilitate resolution of complaints and provide advice on compliance with equal opportunity laws and policies in matters of employment, reasonable accommodation, discrimination and harassment.

The Equal Opportunity Office conducts informational presentations on various employment and affirmative action topics. Please contact the Equal Opportunity Office to inquire about or arrange for such briefings.

EEO and Diversity Training
The Office of Equal Opportunity will be offering EEO and Diversity Training which will address topics including discrimination, sexual harassment and diversity. Please watch this website for the dates and times of this training.  The training is available to all CUA employees.
